Once you have completely filled out the form, it will automatically be forwarded to your School Director & the Ogle Financial Planner for consideration. When your request has been approved, or denied, you will receive an emailed confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE: Schedule change requests may be submitted up to one week prior to the upcoming class start/phase up. The request form will re-open one week after class start/phase up for the following opportunity.
