To submit a request for a schedule change, please submit a ticket to Sam requesting a Schedule Change Request form be sent to you. https://sam.ogleschool.edu/a/tickets/new
A Schedule Change Request form will then be sent to you. Once you have completed the form, it will automatically be forwarded to your School Director & the Ogle Financial Planner for consideration. When your request has been approved, or denied, you will receive an emailed confirmation.
Note: Sam does not make decisions regarding the approval or denial of schedule changes. Sam simply facilitates the process between the student, School Director & Financial Planner.
