MyOgleTrack App Troubleshooting

Suggestions to get the best MyOgleTrack experience:

  1.  Always accept updates to your app to ensure optimal operation & reliability 
  2. If your MOT app data appears to be incorrect, or you are not able to access it, remember to always check for updates in your app store first 
  3. Uninstalling & re-installing the app can also be helpful when experiencing technical difficulties


If you are still unable to access your MOT app data after applying the above suggestions, please reach out to a campus administrator, or submit a ticket to SAM for assistance. When reporting MOT app issues, please include the following information to assist our support team in finding a solution:

  1. What type of device are you using? Cell phone, i-pad, desk top, etc.
  2. Is your device an Apple or Android?
  3. Include screen shots of what you are/are not seeing when trying to access your app
