Why are my DE hours in Elevate different than what is shown on my MOT app?

If you are enrolled in a hybrid program, your distance education (DE) hour total in Elevate may be different than what is shown on the MOT app because:


  • You clocked more than 5 hours per day of DE on 1 or more days -  The maximum amount of time students can attend distance education hours on Elevate, per day, is 5 hours. Any amount of time clocked above 5 hours per day will not be added to your total hours & it will not be part of your total hours on your MOT app. 
  • You were accidently clocked in on premises at the same time you were clocked in on Elevate for distance education - DE hours are for off premises learning only & a student cannot earn hours in two places at the same time.
