A Rules & Regulations book is mailed to every student upon starting school. The book is mailed directly from TDLR to the address used during your enrollment.
If you did not receive a copy or you need replacement, please contact TDLR's customer service. You can reach out to them to ask where/when your booklet was mailed and/or if they send replacements.
